CULTURE-O PROGRAMS
Turkey is a fascinating country with a geographical diversity and historical richness. These programs are designed for the guests who love orienteering in different terrains and geographical regions with incredible cultural, historical, and archeological backgrounds. There is a short and long course in each orienteering day. Trainings for the beginners is also available every day. Our experienced course planners design the courses in accordance with the level, expertise, and special requests of the participants.

CULTURE-O PROGRAM IN NOVEMBER
Day 1 Istanbul
Fly to Istanbul and transfer to the hotel. Welcome meeting and dinner in a local fish restaurant at the end of the day. D
Day 2 Istanbul
Today explore the great ancient landmarks of Istanbul in Sultanahmet Square. Visit the Roman Hippodrome, the Byzantine Haghia Sophia and Underground Cistern, the Ottoman Topkapi Palace, and the Blue Mosque. Enjoy the dinner in a local restaurant. BD
Day 3 Istanbul-Orienteering in WRE
Compete in the WRE of Istanbul-5-Days in your age group.
This beach forest offers a runnable, but hilly terrain with lots of various depressions, small streams at the bottom of the deep gullies and numbers of pits remained after local treasure hunting. Difference of height at one slope can be up to 150 m.
Visit the Grand Bazaar and Spice Market after the race. Enjoy the Bosporus Cruise in a private boat and dinner along the Bosporus. BD
Day 4 Bursa-Orienteering
Orienteering in the Grand Bazaar in the morning. This covered bazaar area offers short and very fast orienteering within the net of small streets as in a complicated labyrinth crossing each other by different angles. Technically, it reminds ski-o: High speed, high concentration. Drive to Bursa in the afternoon and enjoy your thermal hotel. BD
Day 5 Bursa
Visit Ulu Cami, Silk Market, Leather Market, Green Mosque and other sites in Bursa. Enjoy a traditional Turkish bath in the thermal hotel. BD
Day 6 Kozak Highland and Village Home stay-Orienteering
Drive to Kozak Highland in the morning. Orienteering in the afternoon. This pine forest offers very fast running on the hilly terrain with lots of small stream at the bottom Difference of height at one slope can be up to 150 m. You can see a lot of flocks while running in the forest. BD
Day 7 Kozak Highland and Village Home stay-Orienteering
Orienteering in a different area in Kozak Highland. BD
Day 8 Kusadasi
Enjoy the tour of Acropolis of Pergamon, crowned by the temples dedicated to Zeus, Athena, Demeter, and finally Roman Emperor Trajan. Continue to the site of Asclepion, one of the most important healing centers of the ancient world in where Galen practiced. Drive to Kusadasi and enjoy the sunset on the Aegean from your room. BD
Day 9 Kusadasi
Explore the famous ancient site of Ephesus and environs. Ephesus contains extensive ruins of the agora, the Library of Celsus with its imposing façade, the biggest theater, and the Temple of Artemis, one of the seven wonders of the ancient world. Also tour the Basilica of John and the Selcuk Museum. BD
Day 10 Pamukkale- Orienteering
Orienteering in the charming Sirince Village in the morning. Drive to Pamukkale in the afternoon and enjoy your swim in the thermal pool. BD
Day 11 Antalya
Walk in Hierapolis with its extensive necropolis and Pamukkale where the mineral water forms the pools of white travertine, one of the most dazzling natural beauties of Turkey. Drive to Antalya and visit the city museum. BL
Day 12 Antalya-Orienteering
Orienteering in Gebiz in the morning. This very detailed and fantastic terrain has no vegetation on the ground. It is one of the best terrains for technical orienteering.
Visit Aspendos, the best preserved Roman Theater and the ancient city of Perge in the afternoon. BL
Day 13 Antalya-Orienteering
Orienteering in the morning. Enjoy your free time in the afternoon and farewell dinner later on. Optional night orienteering in the Old City of Antalya. BD
Day 14 Departure
Transfer to the Airport and fly back to home.

Explore Ihlara Valley with Rock Churches and walk along the gorge. Continue to the Kaymakli Underground City. Hike in the Red Valley in the late afternoon. Enjoy your stay in a cave hotel. BLD
Day 12 Cappadocia
Orienteering in Cappadocia in the morning. This volcanic area is amazing because the tufa formations give unmatched orienteering experience with spectacular views. BLD
Day 13 Cappadocia
Orienteering in Cappadocia in the morning. Visit Goreme Open Air Museum and enjoy farewell dinner in a local restaurant. BLD
Day 14 Departure
Transfer to the Airport and fly back to home.
