Booking & Payment

You can book directly through our website, by email, or by phone. Once you've selected your tour, you'll receive a confirmation with payment instructions. A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 60 days before departure.
Cancellations made 60+ days before departure receive a full refund minus admin fees. 30-59 days: 50% refund. Less than 30 days: no refund. We strongly recommend travel insurance.
We accept credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), bank transfers, and PayPal. All prices are in Euros unless otherwise stated.
Because every EON tour can be tailored to your wishes, what's included is shaped around the tour you choose and your requests. Most programmes cover accommodation, professional guiding, a support vehicle, and activity equipment, while items such as international flights, travel insurance, and personal expenses are usually separate. Once we know your plans, we'll send you the exact list of inclusions.

Tours & Activities

Each tour has a difficulty rating from 1 (easy) to 5 (challenging). Most tours suit moderately fit people who enjoy regular walking or cycling. We provide detailed fitness requirements for each tour and are happy to advise.
Our groups range from 4 to 14 guests, depending on the tour type. Yacht tours typically have 8-16 guests. Small groups ensure personal attention and a better experience.
Most tours are fully guided by our expert local guides. We also offer self-guided options for cycling tours, where you receive detailed route notes, GPS files, and 24/7 phone support.
Solo travellers are very welcome and a big part of our groups. You can share a twin room with another guest of the same gender at no extra cost, or request a room of your own for a single supplement.
Many of our tours are family-friendly, especially our cultural and yacht trips. Suitable ages depend on the tour and its difficulty, so tell us about your family and we'll recommend the best options — or design a private family tour just for you.
Yes. With advance notice we can accommodate vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, halal, and allergy-related needs. Just let us know when you book and we'll arrange it with our partner hotels and restaurants.
Your guide keeps a close eye on conditions and, when needed, adjusts the route or swaps in an alternative activity so your day stays safe and enjoyable. Safety always comes first.

Equipment & Gear

No, quality bikes are included in all cycling tours. We offer touring bikes, e-bikes, and mountain bikes in various sizes. If you prefer your own bike, we can arrange transport.
We send a detailed packing list with your confirmation. Generally: comfortable active wear, layers for varying weather, swimwear, sunscreen, and a daypack. Specialized gear (helmets, snorkeling equipment) is provided.
Yes. On guided tours your main luggage travels in our support vehicle between accommodations, so you only carry a small daypack while cycling, hiking, or sailing.
All our guides are certified and first-aid trained, our bikes and gulets are regularly inspected, and we provide helmets, life jackets, and a support vehicle. Comprehensive safety protocols apply on every tour.

Practical Information

Türkiye: Many nationalities can obtain an e-visa online. Greece/EU: No visa needed for EU citizens; others should check requirements. We provide guidance based on your nationality.
Spring (April-June) and autumn (September-November) offer ideal weather for active travel – warm but not too hot, with fewer crowds. Summer is perfect for yacht tours and swimming. Winter is mild on the coast but cold in Cappadocia.
Yes, comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all EON Tours trips. It should cover medical expenses, evacuation, trip cancellation, and your equipment. We can recommend providers.
Yes — airport transfers are arranged on request and planned around your arrival and tour. Just share your flight details and we'll take care of the rest.
